Our Story
Positive Wealth Co was founded in 2025 by Financial Adviser Stewart Hawker and Practice Manager Louise Hawker, with a shared vision to make ethical, transparent financial advice accessible to every Australian.
After nearly two decades in the financial services industry, Stewart saw an opportunity to create something different: a practice built on integrity, sustainability, and genuine care. Together, they brought this vision to life in Torquay, helping clients across the Surf Coast and beyond achieve financial freedom without compromising their values.

Since beginning his career in 2007, Stewart has worked across financial advice, licensee management, and risk and compliance, including leadership roles with major institutions such as the Commonwealth Bank. His broad experience enables him to provide advice that is technically sound, practical, and personally relevant.
After years in corporate management, Stewart returned to his passion: helping individuals and families create positive financial outcomes. Establishing Positive Wealth Co allowed him to combine professional expertise with a purpose-driven approach, guiding clients toward clarity, confidence, and long-term success.
Louise Hawker Practice Manager
With 15 years of experience in financial services, Louise ensures Positive Wealth Co runs smoothly and that every client feels supported at every step. Her approachable, empathetic nature helps create an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident making decisions.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys life by the beach with Stewart and their family — living the balance and freedom they help others achieve.
